How do you choose a Realtor? By their picture? Specialties? Number of Closings? Designations? Similar interests? There certainly is no shortage of us....But we are not all equally professional, knowledgeable, technically savvy, or well liked in the community.

I am a full time Realtor capable of committing to you. My goal is to perfectly match extraordinary properties with extraordinary buyers, whether they are local, from another state, or from another country. Even though buying or selling should be exciting and fun, you will undoubtedly get emotional and stressed out. That is why it is important to have a competent and dedicated Real Estate Professional, like myself, overseeing the details of your transaction and advocating for you.

I am primarily an ENTJ (Extravert-Intuitive-Thinking-Judgmental), according to Myers-Briggs Typology Test. However, I work well with all personalities. I have a sense of humor, but I never forget that buying or selling property can have serious litigious ramifications. My friends and clients describe me as highly energetic, passionate, intelligent, investigative, discerning, and persistent.

My alter ego used to be a Professional Bike Racer, both Road and Mountain. I transferred my competitive spirit into Real Estate. I still love to sweat and test my limits, whether outside in Colorado's Great Outdoor Recreational Paradise, or at the Gym, where I try to wear out the treadmill, gauntlet, and spin bikes.

I service and know the desirable neighborhoods in Denver, Boulder, the Foothills, the 285 Corridor from Conifer to Bailey, but my specialty is the I-70 Corridor from Golden to Idaho Springs. I am expanding into Winter Park and the Grand Lake area, home to the downhill areas of Winter Park and Mary Jane, as well as the two best Cross Country Ski Areas in Colorado, if not the United States, Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil's Thumb. If I feel that I can not properly serve you in your area of choice, I can refer you to another great RE/MAX agent that will.
