I was looking for the perfect family home and Mary found it for me! Together we visited many houses and Mary gave me all the time I needed to make my Big Decision. She heard of one house about to come on the market, which she thought would be a good fit, and when she showed me round it, she said my face lit up when we walked inside with a look she had not seen before – and that is the house I bought! Everyone needs a realtor you can trust. That was especially our case when relocating from Germany at 5000 miles and 8 time zones away. Time is money on a tight schedule. Mary was prepared to support us nearly every waking hour on my 10 day visit to get the right house under contract. Of course that is only the beginning, because there are a long list of actions and challenges to bring a contract to a successful close.
